Most deliveries are made on time. It is rare for the shipment tracking to show "delivered" even if you have not received the package yet. If your package tracking shows that it has been delivered but you cannot find it:

1. Look around the place where your package was delivered. Check your mailbox or the place where you usually receive your mail.

2. Check your order confirmation for tracking status.

3. Access the tracking link in your order confirmation to find the local carrier delivering your package.

4. Contact your local carrier for more information.

5. Contact our customer service if you cannot find the package.

 

HOW CAN I MODIFY/CANCEL MY ORDER?

We typically start processing your order as soon as it's placed to ensure timely delivery. For this reason, some information cannot be changed once the order is processed. Please contact us through our contact form within 6 hours of placing your order if you need to make any modifications so we can assist you with these changes.

 

ARE THERE CANCELLATION FEES?

If the order can be canceled, there are no cancellation fees.

Can I use a promotional code after completing my purchase?

It is currently not possible to add a discount code to an existing order. If you would like to cancel or modify your order, please contact our customer service.

HOW TO USE A PROMOTIONAL CODE DURING PAYMENT?

If you have a valid and active promotional code, simply select the products you wish to purchase, add them to your cart, proceed to checkout, and enter the promotional code.

 

Can I use 2 promotional codes at the same time?

Unless otherwise stated, promotional codes can only be used once. Only one promotional code can be used per order.

Can I place an order by phone?

We currently do not offer telephone support and do not make purchases on behalf of the customer service. Please place the order and complete the transaction on your end.

Can I return my package?

If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact us via our contact form within 14 days of receiving the order to explain your claim. Our customer service will then assist you in obtaining a replacement or a refund of the purchase price, if applicable.

You are not obligated to return your item. Please note that if you return an item without our prior request, we will not be responsible for any losses or additional costs incurred from an unauthorized return.

 

HOW LONG DO REFUNDS AND REPLACEMENTS TAKE?

Once we have confirmed by email that you are entitled to a refund or replacement, we will process your request within 7 business days of confirmation.

You should receive the tracking number for your replacement product(s) within 7 to 10 business days after confirmation.

You should receive your refund within 3 to 5 business days after confirmation. Please note that it is your payment provider who will determine when your refund will be credited to your payment account.
